Commercial Projects
Hard-wearing, batch-consistent quartz at project volume for hotels, retail and hospitality fit-outs — on spec and on schedule.
Commercial fit-outs live and die by consistency and supply. A hotel chain rolling out 200 guest-room vanities needs every slab to match, every container to arrive on schedule, and the surface to survive years of high-traffic use. Auro Quartz is built for that brief: 12 production lines, tight batch control, and the documentation importers need to clear and certify a large order.
Why quartz is the right surface for commercial projects
Abrasion & traffic resistant
At Mohs 6–7 with ≥45 MPa flexural strength, the surface withstands high-traffic reception counters, bar tops and hospitality worktops.
Batch consistency at volume
Tight ΔE color control and logged pigment dosing mean phase 2 of a rollout matches phase 1 — critical for chain-standard fit-outs.
Predictable lead times
12 production lines and 1,000,000+ m² annual capacity let us hold schedule on large project orders rather than rationing stock.
Specifier-ready documentation
NSF/ANSI 51, GREENGUARD, ISO 9001 and SGS reports ship with the order — the compliance pack importers and specifiers need.
Recommended build for commercial projects
High-traffic commercial surfaces favour durability and glare control over showroom shine, with thickness matched to the worktop role.
Thickness
20 / 30 mm
2 cm for vanities and wall panels; 3 cm for high-use reception counters and bar tops.
Finish
Honed / Matt
A honed face hides micro-scuffing and fingerprints under heavy public use and cuts glare under bright lighting.
Edge profile
Eased or Mitered
Eased is robust and safe in public areas; Mitered builds a thick, solid-stone counter edge.
Edge profiles
Eased is the durable, low-risk choice for public areas; Mitered builds a heavy counter edge where impact matters.
Surface finishes
Honed/Matt is the commercial default — it disguises wear under heavy traffic where a polished face would show every mark.
Colors that work at project scale
Commercial schemes lean on solid and neutral ranges that hide wear and reorder reliably across phases. Pure Color and Concrete are the workhorses; Carrara adds a hospitality-grade marble look.
Solid colors
Pure Color Quartz
Solid whites, blacks and greys with a clean, uniform finish.

Commercial Projects — frequently asked
Can you guarantee color consistency across a large rollout?
Yes — this is the core of a commercial order. Pigment dosing is logged per batch and cured reference tiles are read against a master under a calibrated light box, held to a tight ΔE tolerance. Phase 2 of a project matches phase 1 within that tolerance.
What lead times can you hold on a project order?
With 12 production lines and over 1,000,000 m² of annual capacity we plan project orders against schedule rather than spot stock. Tell us your phasing and we will commit to a delivery plan with CIF terms and full export documentation.
What certification do you provide for specifiers and importers?
Orders ship with NSF/ANSI 51 (food contact), GREENGUARD (low emissions), ISO 9001 (quality management) and SGS third-party test reports, plus an SDS covering crystalline silica handling — the compliance pack specifiers and import authorities ask for.
