Who we are
Auro Quartz is an engineered quartz manufacturer in China, supplying quartz slabs factory-direct to distributors, fabricators and importers worldwide — no middleman markup, stable color batches, and the marble-look ranges your customers actually ask for.
Most "factories" you find online are trading companies reselling a dozen plants under one banner — which is why your reorders never quite match. We run our own production lines on Breton-standard technology, control every step from raw quartz to packed slab, and back what we ship with transparent specifications and reliable lead times. The result is the one thing distributors are tired of chasing: a partner whose slabs look the same order after order.
Inside the plant
Twelve lines, one standard
Our facility runs 12 dedicated quartz production lines with over 1,000,000 m² of annual capacity — enough volume to keep a multi-warehouse distributor stocked without back-orders, yet tightly enough controlled that a single hotel program ships color-true across thousands of square metres.
Each line is dedicated to a finish family — polished, honed/matt and leather — so we're not re-tooling between every order. That dedication is what lets us hold tolerances most multi-product plants can't, and it's why fabricators trust our jumbo slabs for large-format work.
How we make it
Manufacturing capability
From raw quartz to finished slab, every stage is engineered for consistency — the trait distributors care about more than any single design.
Breton-Standard Production
Our slabs are pressed on vacuum-vibration compaction lines built to the Breton process — the same technology behind the world's leading quartz brands. Consistent density, zero air voids, and a defect rate held below 2%.
Full In-House Pipeline
Raw quartz selection, resin blending, pressing, curing, calibration, polishing and edge profiling all happen under one roof. Nothing is sub-contracted, so quality stays in our control from powder to packed slab.
Automated Color Matching
Spectrophotometer-controlled batching and reference-sample archiving keep every reorder within a tight ΔE tolerance — the slab you sell next year matches the one you sell today.
Large-Format Capability
Jumbo slabs at 3200 × 1600 mm in 12, 20 and 30 mm thickness, with cut-to-size and bookmatched pairs available for feature walls and waterfall islands.
