Frequently asked questions
Anything else? Ask in the form below.
What is prefab quartz?
Prefab quartz means countertops and other pieces cut from quartz slabs in the factory, ready to install, instead of cut by a local fabricator.
Can Auro Quartz work from drawings in inches?
Yes. Send drawings in inches or millimetres; Auro Quartz cuts each piece to the sizes on the drawing.
Who cuts the sink and hob openings?
Auro Quartz drills tap holes in the factory to your drawing. Sink and hob openings are not cut at the factory at present; those are cut locally.
Which thicknesses can you cut?
Auro Quartz cuts 20 mm and 30 mm quartz, and makes other thicknesses to order.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one 20GP container. Cut tops, full slabs and several colours can share the same container.
How do I get a quote?
Send the drawings or cut list, colour codes, thickness, edge profile, quantity and destination port. The quote is written per order.
